Code isn't open source at least not linked in the OP. Not much you can do now if the code can't be found and dev doesn't show up.

Also, can you make web wallet for check balance and transfer coins without downloading blockchain?
Because for sign and send transactions no need to download block, need only private key and unspent outputs for source inputs.

Dev is last active June 11, 2017. The lack of a good wallet make me suspicious this is kind of an insider's game, like the techies in the know can benefit but it makes it harder to use. Why encrypt a wallet and then not have an option to unencrypt it for staking and mining? I'm still learning, maybe this is done in the console? Another good idea for a coin taken up by insincere devs?
