Does anyone have a link to a valid Windows wallet for cold storage? The link to Mega says the Windows wallet is no longer available. Any help is greatly appreciated!

Thanks,

  Hello  all

 Any new news on Dotcoin.  like a Roadmap , or what direction this coin is going in the next few months.  I see a lot of miners, on this coin

I have been mining this steady for the last couple of months, I really like the coin in that regard. Mines well, and the coin has a steady customer base. Very consistent in that regard as well.  Wink steady value too, little swings here and there but consistent lol

Hello;

My Dotcoin wallet is not syncing.  Can anyone help?

I bought a bunch of DOT to vote FonzieCoin onto Cryptopia but they added my coin before I had a chance to spend my DOT on votes. So I decided I might hold on to it because Cryptopia is pretty damn cool if you are into crypto.

I like to build my own wallets, so I downloaded the sources from github and built pretty easily except that they use an old leveldb package which looks like it needs to be prepped with autogen, which isn't in the repo. So I just replaced the leveldb dir with a fresh one from FonzieCoin and it worked like a charm. I didn't have to change the make file or get any deps that weren't from standard Ubuntu repositories: make -f makefile.unix

To sync, I went to https://www.cryptopia.co.nz/BlockExplorer?coin=DOT and clicked on "Node Info". I copied the addnode data to my Dotcoin.conf file and grabbed 4 peers immediately. It has synced about 129,000 blocks of 305,265 since I started typing this.

I'm going to send my DOT to a cold wallet and hodl them indefinitely. DOT works good and it looks like the Cryptopia people are making sure it is a dependable crypto. But it looks like you shouldn't depend on bitcointalk to be an information source for it.
