A wto questions for developers about delegates and validators.
1. What is a rating and how is it calculated? For example, the delegate’s retting is 162 (wind007) = 99.6 (with 0 votes), and the validator rating is pool_borderline = 98.9% with 107.070 votes. Some kind of dissonance from such ratings Smiley
2. Apparently - there are 163 validators / delegates on the network. The creation of each of them, in theory, should lead to the burning of 1000 SEM. Question - where can I see how many coins were burned, in chronology
1.This is not a rating, this is the percentage of the validator's work produced and missed blocks

2.All burned coins are stored at this address https://semux.info/explorer/account/0x0000000000000000000000000000000000000000, all statistics can be tracked, everything is transparent

Repost from Discord FAQ channel:

What is Semux?
Semux is a performant smart contract platform powered by the BFT consensus algorithm. It designed to be autonomous, open source, and driven by the community.
Its native cryptocurrency called SEM.
SEM has 3 main use cases: it is a fuel for running decentralised apps, it used in governance and BFT consensus algorithm (voting for delegates), it is a store of value and mean of payment.

Where do I get SEM?
1) The simplest way is to buy it in exchange: Stex.com, Citex.co.kr, Tokok.com, p2pb2b.io
STEX has the best liquidity on SEM/BTC pair: https://app.stex.com/en/trade/pair/BTC/SEM
2) You can earn it for free by contributing to the project. Check our #bounties channel or just help us building the software, close issues, report bugs. We do value community contributions.
3) Try to be helpful in Discord. We have a tip-bot

What wallet can I use?
You can always use latest version of semux-core wallet from the official repo: https://github.com/semuxproject/semux-core/releases/latest
It's available for Windows, Linux and macOS. Run semux-gui.bat if you're on Windows, or ./semux-gui.sh if you're on Linux or macOS.

Is there a list of public pools who share block reward with voters?
Yes, it's maintained by @nozzlez, you can find it here:
http://pool.7u.org/

Is there a light web wallet?
Yes, it's open source and developed by @witoldsz
Mainnet: https://semux.online/
Testnet: https://testnet.semux.online/

Is there mobile wallet for Android?
Yes, it's developed by @Phash
https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=de.phash.manuel.asw

Are there public API providers?
https://api.semux.online/ (mainnet, @witoldsz)
https://api.testnet.semux.online/ (testnet, @witoldsz)
https://www.sempy.online/api/ui/#/semux (mainnet, @mdodong)
How can I get some TESTNET coins to play around with smart contracts?
We have a testnet faucet here: https://www.semux.org/testnetfaucet
Testnet block explorer: https://testnet.semux.info/
Don't forget to run your wallet with --network=testnet flag.

I have an issue/question, whom do I contact?
#general is a good place to start, Semux community always ready to help you.
Core devs are: @semux @orogvany @honeycrypto @cryptokat

Problem with https://www.citex.co.kr ?
deposits $SEM are not receiving

why use that exchange?
there isn't open order..

Why not orders?
check this: https://www.citex.co.kr/#/trade/SEM_BTC

there are constantly trading (volume), even if it's bots, it does not matter
on STEX very little volume
This is basically bots, there are few real trades, it will be difficult to trade there, STEX  low volume, but real trades

STEX is really much better than citex. I just trade there, there was no problem with it

where can people find a link to web wallet?

There is also an android wallet

Where is the link to their android wallet? I can not find it on the thread.
the thread needs to be maintained weekly to update the necessary information such as web wallet, mobile wallet and an update.
a notice on the thread would be appreciated, so people can track the update by simply looking at the thread.
here is a link to the Android wallet, the developer updated it on September 8 https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=de.phash.manuel.asw

Yes, there is an Android wallet, but I think that it is not quite ready, and it is still worth working on

why you not put this link in discord/website/bitcointalk ?
I think the developers will see it and fix it

The android wallet works fine last time I used it.
I'm not saying that it does not work, it works, just my opinion that it needs to be finalized especially since it was made before the global update 2.0  Wink

Agree with you about that.  It's a great development.
