Semux BTC airdrop and signature campaign announced. Thanks for waiting!

Update!
Bump!

BTC Airdrop

1. The distribution cap is 2,000,000 SEM;
2. We’ve taken a snapshot of the bitcoin chain at block #480,000. You need to have at least 0.05 BTC balance to be eligible for this event;
3. You need to sign your Semux address with your Bitcoin wallet and submit the signature to https://goo.gl/forms/tXh3Gd8Z6LddBw6H2;
4. The ratio is 1 BTC = 5 SEM;
5. You will receive 5 SEM if you have less than 1 BTC; You will receive at most 500 SEM per address.

Signature Campaign

1. The total amount is 300,000 SEM for three months, from Dec 3, 2017 to Mar 4, 2017;
2. All BitcoinTalk users are eligible to participate in this event;
3. The rewards will be proportionally distributed to participants based on the following point system:
  • Newbie: 0.2
  • Junior member: 1
  • Member: 1.5
  • Full Member: 2
  • Sr. member: 2.5
  • Hero/Legendary:  3
4. Payments will be processed every Sunday;
5. You need to sign up at https://goo.gl/forms/bVWnUSVDh4byCyWr2;
6. You need to post at least 10 posts per week anywhere in the forum;
7. You can NOT take off the signature after you signing up; otherwise, you will be disqualified immediately.

For example, if we have 400 (newbie) + 300 (junior) + 200 (full) + 100 (senior) + 10 (hero) participants in the first week, then
Total points = 400 * 0.2 + 300 * 1 + 200 * 1.5 + 100 * 2 + 10 * 2.5 = 1025 points;
Total rewards = 300000 / 3 months / 4 weeks = 25000 SEM;
Each point = 25000 / 1025 = 24 SEM;

1. Payments for signature campaign will be coming every week, right?

2. No limitations on characters and content of the messages?

i want to ask is this final rules about 2nd airdrop ? i also think this rule is not good !

Yes this is the final rule for the 2nd airdrop based on btc. Depending on the result of this drop other method of distribution will be utilized.

i think all the tokens for 2nd airdrop will remain most of them ,few people will have 100btc,so i will give up 2nd ,and wait for next distribution .

1 BTC = 5 SEM?

It is probably a joke, or you were sealed up?

It turns out that the owner 100 BTC (1 000 000$) can receive only 500 SEM?

500 SEM * 4000sat = ~200$

Do you really think what someone will decide to move a finger for the sake of $200 having $1 000 000 in a pocket?

Do you consider fair that you distributed 500 SEM in day to participants of a forum, and you equate 1 post a day, to owners of $1 000 000?
I don't see in it superior intelligence and logic.

Well you are the dev, and you decide airdrop policy.
Can't really understand why you want to give airdrop to btc owners, just to attract them? If they have lot of btc they buy 10000 in a second from the market, i think you have to reward more signature and who is promoting semux...but this is my opinion, you decide.

I generally agree with your comment, but as far as I understand it correctly, the Airdrop is limited to a Max of 500 Sems per address for airdrop and if you participate in the Sig campaign you can also earn a good amount of sems, depending on the participation of course.

A lot of thought has been put into this btc drop. I understand your point that it will not attract big btc holders to participate in the airdrop. That is not the goal.

What we want to accomplish is awareness that semux exists. Invite those who want to participate to get some semux for free via airdrop and spread the word to get more adoption.

Those who have big btc on their bag can go straight buying 10k or 100k or more semux. They can do that anytime.

There are only 5 SEM for 1 BTC ~ This is really too little, unattractive, to put up the proportion of semux airdrop  for BTC participants.  Haha, Maybe SEM is $10 in the future, and it's a good fortune.

Is it correct that you need to give your emailaddress for the BTC airdrop ? or is it your BTC wallet ?
