Any plans to start the signature campaign again? Otherwise I may remove mine so as not to inform BTC whales about the airdrop  Cheesy
BTC giveaway will be announced on December 1, 2017 - Per the ANN, I recall hearing that the signature campaign was to be announced at the same time - so only a little more than a day to go. I guess this is the calm before the storm on this thread.

Someone in the Semux trading thread spoke about a snapshot based airdrop for Bitcoin holders. Is this true?

Yes, check the OP.
In the OP they say "BTC Giveaway". So it is not clear what they mean. Could also be a raffle.

I am pretty sure the dev said SEM will be given away to BTC holders and the snapshot has already been taken a while ago.

Yes, we will distribute a limited number of semux to BTC holders. The snapshot has been taken at block #480,000; participants need to sign with their private key to claim the rewards.  The final ratio and amount cap per address will be announced on Dec 1, 2017.
I was rather wishing that the snapshot would be a few weeks earlier or later than that. At that time I had a btc balance of close to 0 Sad

What is next year's exchange plan? I'm concerned about the details of the exchange. I am very optimistic about semux and I have over 10,000 semux, so I hope semux can bring me wealth.

Getting on any exchanges won't be a priority at this time. The dev team is focused on making sure the BFT protocol is stable and is ready for final release(Q1 2018). After that we will work on getting semux on exchanges. (most likely Q2 2018)
So maybe we should wait for Q2 2018  to start the official deal. If you want to trade, you can choose OTC, and the transaction is very active now.

Running a validator pool is not viable due to high cost of server and the low block rewards.

I think the official wallet is coming soon. After 3 rounds of testing, the effect has improved obviously. Now what is the maximum flow rate?Is 5000txs going well?

Looks like RC3 is on the freeway now  Smiley

fast and smooth  Smiley

yes it aslo work fine for me,but i didn't know what's dev think about ,maybe will release some new version later.
RC3 now looks very smooth, there are no previous versions of the crash, and the block interval is shorter than before. All is well.

Most significant change on the wallet internally is with memory optimization and validator bench. This ensure that we have more stable validators participating in the consensus. Another round of tests can confirm how far can we take this further.
