I have 500 coins, block finds once a day. With 1000 coins should find up to two blocks per day, it all depends from difficulty

It really depends on the difficulty, as it's all probability. I'll see about working on a probability calculator though.

I have yet to experience any of these problems and I haven't seen anything about this on Slack.
Can you provide more information besides a week old post? I'm not a developer but it helps when you provide information to the problem.

You have to wait 24 hours before the coin mature and after that the POS begins.

about 20 coins per day. I have the same setting with you.
