Taking a look at the top 100 list from the explorer. What's up with all the 10k SGL addresses over there? 
As of right now we're holding the premine in seperate addresses in 10k increments, as you can see
Just trying to understand why are you doing this? TOP100 wallets are now masked by the premine addresses.

As you can see, we plan to use 40% of the premine for marketing, and will put the money to good use as we move closer to the release date. The bounty campaign is also intended to help us market the coin and gain more exposure; the rapid growth of the community in even these early stages shows how this is working.

Not explicitly. But what it does do, it does very well. The current main use case is for it to act as a currency for our Crowdfunding DApp (Sigil Go), which it will more than excel at
