It's appears it's a scam and many peoples money is gone. Sharexcoin sent Qora Coins to Poloniex to dump, but it may have been caught in time to minimize the loss to Qora users, as Busoni has locked that account.

Here's the discussion: https://bitcointalksearch.org/topic/m.7139075

If it by some small chance turns out to not be a scam, the fact remains that Sharexcoin is tarnished for good bt Zip not taking a second to address the community, let alone even log into BCT. For all your sake, I really hope I am wrong.

If there's a DDoS going on, taking the site offline while it lasts is probably the smartest thing to do. I read that the Poloniex hack involved "overwithdrawing" Bitcoins in an account due to a weakness to many withdraw requests at the same time, and DDoSes are sometimes used to lower site defenses to perform another manipulation. I think that keeping the site offline for a while is ziplibrary's way of preventing something worse that could potentially be done under the cover of a DDoS.

On another note, I have a small feature request ^_^
Could we get a 30 day advance warning when there's going to be another round of FeeShare sale, I'd hate to have all my Sharecoins already locked in while the round comes and goes Tongue
... or maybe let people unlock their Sharecoins during a FeeShare sale ?
Sorry if it's been talked about, I missed about 30 pages of the thread in the last few weeks (and started lurking in the mid 200's), and I wouldn't know how to formulate that in a search.

If anything, other than us getting robbed, was happening, there would be an announcement would made by now.

This scam is going down in history.

I lost .2 BTC, could have been a lot worse. Im sure a lot of you lost a lot more. It makes me sick

keep on voting on Mintpal! C'mon guys.
Such a good coin has to get big.
Sharecoin is dead. The author of sharecoin has run away with our money.
If there's a DDoS attack, he should tell us. It's very simple. But he chosen to disappear.
Something is happening,  but it's not a scam..
If it was a scam there would be other signs that haven't propped up.
Not saying that there is any reason to carry around blind hope but I think it's only a small chance that this is a scam

Sad, it was going so well

I was wrong on this coin/dev/exchange

I really thought it was different than the rest of the exchanges. I was always trying to go the sharexcoin.com first. Now they are no different than all the rest. They are worse.

What the hell are they thinking? Not saying anything to anyone at all. No update or announcement?

Looks like a very well thought out scam. Ill be surprised if we see any of our money at this point. Or they would have said something.

They disappeared. What else do ya need to know!!

So according to http://who.is/dns/sharexcoin.com the IP address 162.243.219.6  belongs to digitalocean.com cloud hosting. Just saying.
So it must be just a DDos attack
