No i had the confirmations set to 120 blocks while it was actually 500!!
So hold on. Will resolve itself
well I had ~25 coins mined, and they completely disappeared, now I only have 0.62 coins... this issue needs addressing.
It's these, it tried to pay it out when there wasnt a confirmed balance, i will send you the coins when it has been confirmed

that is really strange. Even at this diff. all my blocks are being rejected...

The blocks are being found every 1 second. The poolest needs to run it's cron job so the stats can will be updated. Hardcore and hashing.at both look current.
