This market is in danger of de-listing due to low trade volume and lack of user interest. It may be removed on Friday, October 7th 2016 unless the average
daily trade volume for the last 14 days exceeds 0.3 BTC. If you would like to keep the market listed, please encourage the development team to contact us at [email protected].

Things got much tougher. That's 4.2 BTC of volume until Friday. What's the count for the past ten days? Only 4 days left.
I hope progress is being made so we get past this constant worry of the coin being de-listed.

Hi Steven

Thanks for the update, it is greatly appreciated , as always.

Good to hear that the latest upgrade is now finally underway, albeit your own private show, at least for now.

You did indicate in an earlier post that Matthew and Spencer had allocated some time to assist with the SLG upgrade; I hope that this proves to still be the case, as the prospect of undertaking this task on your own must be quite daunting.

Anyways, I am sure that it will all work out OK in the end.  A new shiny version of Sterlingcoin in time for Christmas is an attractive prospect.

Best of luck to you in all your endeavours.   Wink

Many thanks to those of you that brought some volume to Bittrex this week. I am very pleased to say, the warning is gone and we have not been delisted.

Bittrex staff, Bill, did finally respond to my support email. He said, "... Given Sterlingcoin's tenure on Bittrex, it isn't unreasonable for us to ask that the minimum volume get met." He also said that .2 BTC per day does not even break-even for them and this criteria will be changing in this year. I do feel Bill was very understanding of Sterlingcoin's situation and has done the coin and the community, devs included, a favor even if the trade history may have indicated delisting. For that I am very grateful as I am for those that did bring volume in effort to prevent the delisting. Good news, we did it!

Ok now, the rebase and moving Sterlingcoin forward so we can be alleviated of these type situations. As most of you are probably aware, Spencer and Matthew are both deeply entrenched in their Silk Network project(s). I too have responsibilities outside of Sterlingcoin but I do want to move Sterlingcoin forward and certainly not abandon. I did, as intended and promised, start work on the rebase prior to Sterlingcoin's birthday. To be perfectly honest, I myself have never rebased a coin but I am up for the challenge, even if Sterlingcoin needs me to go it alone. I will reach out to Matthew and Spencer this weekend and determine if that be the case. Even in that unlikely, but admittedly probable, scenario I know Spencer and Matthew will give me guidance where I may need it.

Again, I can't thank those who helped prevent the delisting enough. I will do my part to make sure that was not in vain and awaken Sterlingcoin.

It seems the 0.2btc average goal hasn't been reached and it will probably get de-listed by tomorrow or the day after, unless a dev contacts them at [email protected] and convinces them not to drop it.

Bittrex support was emailed 5 days ago trying to convince them to not de-list Sterlingcoin. To that email I have only received the initial automated response thus far. I will compose another, hopefully more compelling, one now and send it.

Many thanks to all that have contributed to PoSWallet.com's group staking wallet and faucet!

No problem, just glad to help.

Now I'm sure we are all looking forward to the next chapter in SLG's story, i.e the core code upgrade.

Any news??

Sterling Sentinel

Hi Sterling Sentinel and Sterlingcoin community.

I spoke with both Matthew and Spencer this weekend. As you may or may not know, they both are getting ready for a launch on the 17th. We all agreed, expect news about the upgrade shortly after that. We all have allocated time to do the upgrade and work should begin before our birthday. A new chapter, indeed. We look forward to it as well.

Cheers,
Steven

SLG will be online at poswallet.com in the next few hours, blockchain sync finishing up.

Group staking wallet, faucet, and block explorer will be available.

Yes, I was waiting for the service to be online before announcing, but it is now.

If any large SLG holders can help me to top off the PoSWallet faucet (ShP5EAFz8QE7jCPsuWJNbihDzHiCuJioop) and load an initial deposit in the staking wallet (SUGzdWngvYVjENq2NES4Muxs8Tsj6HurLd) I would greatly appreciate the help. As you may or may not know, I personally have been funding and very diligently maintaining the official faucet for almost 2 years now and reserve my own SLG for that purpose.

Thanks in advance! ~Steven

Just sent 500 SLG to the POSwallet faucet.
