Same here that was i am thinking that we can generate big profit in this project, much better if this coin would be listed in more exchange that we able to trade in more investors would buy this coin in different exchange.

Worry about the exchanges later, That's why you will enter the ICO right to support the project from the start and wait for it to develop. That's why most of the ICOs now are being just like a ponzi scheme because of thinking like this, I think it will be better if you will just pick a project you will support and hold it until they deliver or the projects final product is already been made and running.
