SunContract received funding from the government and European Union to develop P2P trading together with a group usually called "consortium". This means this consortium will develop artificial intelligence and automated trading on the SunContract platform in the next three years, which is a huge project that needs cooperation between a lot of different experts.
The funding will further help develop what SunContract is all about and is a welcome boost to our mission of bringing Peer to Peer trading and sustainable energy to everywhere on the world.

Trading is live I can sure you. It's working perfect. You can buy or sell green electricity directly to a customer without problem and middleman. I think it's ready for new market.
But I found this article today. I wonder if this 2million euros is only for Suncontract? If this is true that means that now on ICO is not only source of funds but even EU see the potential of this project.
If this is true, this is nice news. ICO, EU funding and earnings from selling energy,... More than enough to stay and develop the project in future.

I am using platform for more than a year. Good user experience and cheaper electricity than it was before. If I calculate price of tokens I bought ATL price is somewhere 15% or more lower if I calculate market price it's around 5% right now. With more producers on platform price will go down I hope there will be more producers than consumers. 😉😉😉😉 Joke.

After this update: Energy consumers on the SunContract platform have the option to select their preferred payment option. They can opt for EUR, and they can now also opt to make their payments primarily using SNC tokens.
