1. Regarding the BOE banking licence:
From submitting the application it can take up to 12 months to obtain the full licence but we’re aiming to make it in 9 months
2. Launching the product will drive new demand for BAX and therefore we will supply the market. BABB thinks it makes sense to release a second tranche of tokens once the platform is live and BAX is of practical use, rather than selling them all now. There would be another 10bil BAX for sale to users. There may be a gradual release into the market of the additonal tokens (at market price): if appropriate and there is enough demand (which should not affect market price).
These are the conditions for the second phase of the token sale:
This won't happen until BABB will deliver:
a) a banking licence
b) at least one international partnership with a bank
c) a working product

Here's some information on the app - We had an app prototype built and functioning on a test ethereum-based blockchain. We're now taking the chance to rebuild it for 3 platforms (web, Android, iPhone), and we want to go beyond the prototype. The largest complexity is not in building the app though, it's in meeting the regulatory issues so we can deal with fiat. We're making good progress, and will announce an _alpha_ here on the channel in a few months, so people here will have the chance to test it first hand.

The will be treated as two seperate purchases, one in the private sale and the other in the public sale.

I really like this project. Teamwork is full of positive and work. The fact that there are already advantages from participating in ICO, speaks volumes, given that there is a consolidation of the market.

I’m an adult and a professional investor. I can assure you I’m not expecting any lambo handouts. But there is no mathematical or common sense to not issue the airdrop in a fair proportional way. That’s my opinion. I won’t go on about it any more.
I don’t really see the problem with the BAX airdrop as celebration.. most of you thinking it should be “per ratio” will probably end up with less BAX in the airdrop, unless you bought over 20m BAX at the ICO. But besides that, as Ani said it’s a little celebration airdrop. When you’re getting married, you have the same “thanks for joining”-gift for all your guests right? You don’t make separate gifts for every person “per ratio” of their friendship level or whatever.
They got amazing response from the people now only few hours left to grab this golden chance to become share holder into this equity crowdsale. Although it looking hard to achieve the hard cap but we still have sometime to attract big investors and keep continue.
