Banks that transact using the blockhain system are very good, safe, easy and fast process. If all the legality is settled and can be run systeam it immediately, official business like this would be a great success. During this time many do not get legalist to many who can not extend the project. with the existence of such a system will facilitate the convenience of shareholders to conduct transactions.
I think that at this point BABB already settled its legality.
At the moment BABB defined as authorized payment institution which allows them to do everything except for treasury operations.
