The ICO is over it ended when all the coins were sold before the January 1 deadline. You can buy Steneum on Cryptopia, Coinexchange and BTC-Alpha.
The OP doesn't list information for all those three exchanges. It needs updating as it only lists two.

explain to investors why you 2 times wrote about the launch of 15.01, but in the end it ends 17 and the launch did not take place? after that, how can there be trust? if in doubt it is better not write. there is at least an approximate release date?
This is a pretty good project, but the weakness of your website is very easy to find
Guys, check that you have broken down there again? There is no mining, the pool does not work and there are no transaction confirmations
People who dumped will regret it when the coin will reach 15 - 20$ in 1 or 2 month

One thing I've been impressed by is the team in Telegram, they come and go but are responsive and helpful.
Can you tell them to check their Bitcointalk messages? I don't use Telegram but I have been trying to get in touch with them because I've offered to correct the numerous spelling and grammatical errors on their site and in the announcement post on page 1. That would make the project look much more professional.

The price is actually very cheap still at $3 compared to the supply. If Bitsten becomes an exchange a lot of people use.. this will be a $50+ dollar coin, maybe more. I like the idea
