Why is Stellerro rating on Icobench so low (3.4)? And why are members KYC reports failed on Icobench?

https://icobench.com/ico/stellerro

Hello, pliuhkam!  Project evaluation is set automatically depending on the amount of data and expert evaluation. We have recently registered and have already sent a request to update the information to the support service including the KYC procedure. Team ICObench will update this in the next couple of days. However, you can use https://icoholder.com/en/stellero

Maybe I don’t know all the legal issues, but the ESMA is a regulator for all EU countries with headquarters in France. Those. full compliance with the rules of ESMA Spain is equivalent to the whole resolution of the ESMA at the European level?
Ofcourse. ESMA is the European Union securities authority. every country in the euro union is acting under their securities law. so every country have their broker dealers and validators with license to approve under the ESMA law

Get out of here with your FUD.

White paper said around 64% of tokens would be held by ICO contributors, but it didn’t go well so the team decided to keep the unsold tokens for some “other” purposes  instead of burning them.
This ended up with the ICO contributors holding around 4% of tokens and are at the moment 99% down of their investment. Of course they are as they thought they would have the majority of the tokens, yet ended up with few percent.

The platform was supposed to be released in 2018, it is mid of 2019 and it is still in beta, probably something that requires few weeks of coding (to get to beta phase).
Plus, they started giving away tokens on newly joined exchange.

One thing is sure, that Bitjob project was built upon ICO contributors, and would have not started had there wasn’t their investment. Had I known that I’d never invested, but it was a good marketing at the beginning: Big universities’ names, Dutch government etc.
2 years later... ...the team is working on another ICO, and that hasn’t started yesterday.

This is a true story, not FUD.

Stellerro project might be successful, but people need to know who they work with.
What’s your connection to Stellerro?

I had a very bad experience with the team members leading this project. They did what they wanted, haven’t delivered what was in the whitepaper, and they started another ICO.

Be careful!!

You might want to double check that man. To my knowledge, this team has also worked on bitjob, and the last time I checked it's actually developing and in beta. So far they have a successful track record, and the Stellerro concept is pretty damned solid.

They managed to bring a project to beta with a custom platform; that's pretty impressive with so many icos that failed.
Back on topic, Stellerro has some serious potential, and (bonus) it's an actual security, you can profit.

About a year ago I saw a ERC-721 ARDL token in one project, and now ERC-1400. It seems that the standard interface of tokens goes much faster than its application in practice.

I tried to find some information on https://www.esma.europa.eu/ that you are regulated by them but I couldnt find anything searching on their site.
Can you show us an official source to confirm that claim?
Thank you for your question, bernardos! The approval will be stamped in the offering memorandum (the whitepaper) , and once it will be released -  we will post it (approximately next week).

Security Token Standards ERC-1400 ... I read about it on github, but have not seen projects using this standard, most likely Stellerro will be the first.

ERC 1400? First time to encounter as well.
And noticed that you are already using the TM-mark, where did you get the approval from?

With the long list of your legal and compliance associates, I believe they are doing their job here.
Hello, TimeTeller! Thank you for your interest!
The TM mark is registered in Israel and its also in process in 5 more European countries. we are approved to present the TM mark until we get the Registered (R) sign.

i think this token is ERC 1400 but in bounty0x it's written as ERC 20
is bounty0x just writing it wrong?
Thank you for paying attention. The team have edited it today, the option of choosing ERC-1400 when you publish a bounty campaign, was absent. Also thank bounty0x for correction/update.

as the people above me are really curious about the project, i expect this project could move to the top and what interesting about the token is erc 1400, they are the first.

What is the main feature of employing an ERC 1400? Haven't encountered a token like this one yet. Any advantage to your chosen industry?
What is the main feature of employing an ERC 1400?
ERC 1400 token is a cryptocurrency token built on Ethereum blockchain. It differs from other tokens built on ETH (ERC-20, ERC-777), because of special requirements for Security Tokens. More information can be found here https://github.com/thegostep/ERC-1400/blob/master/eip-1400.md If you still need more clarifications, feel free to ask. 😎
Any advantage to your chosen industry?
It's not an issue of an industry, its an issue of technology that supports the needs for a regulated token or digital securities. We can embed all industries or securities sectors on it, with changes per sector of the tokenized business.

I'll give you a short link that may answer all of your questions.

Taken together, these security token standards provide document management, error signalling, gate keeper (operator) access control, off-chain data injection, issuance / redemption semantics and expose partially fungible subsets of a token holders balance.

that token created based on the securitization standard. He was choosing the right one to try. Just wanna see about how this will be going on in the future.
