come on, grow up and relax. Dev is definitely working on the problem and is figuring it out.
This is Tech in its very very early days, what do you expect? These are some bumps on the road, thats it. 

The exchanges, explorers, windows wallet, wallet compiled from source code are in different forks.
It is a disaster, and it lasted days, where are you,dev?

Stuck on block 428419.
I have sync twice since v3.1.0.0 and have the same nodes as in OP.

Why panic man?

I have dumped some in mintpal
Fare well and take good care of

It synced half a day, the block is still 428419.
Where is dev?
Why the windows wallet can synced correctly but the wallet compiled from source code is not correctly?
Are you make an extra windows wallet different to source code?
If you don't explain, it will bring panic, we have no future. Cheers!

Then you will need to send a support ticket to Bittrex. Just copy them the transaction details from the blockexplorer. What does the Bittrex address you sent to, show as its balance in the explorer ?

edit: I see your post above. The blockexplorer balance is correct: it is only your wallet software which is wrong. Make sure your wallet.dat is backed up, and then you can start a complete new instal (v3.1.0) using the correct addnodes in the .conf file.

if the coins are still in your balance, they have not been sent, and they will appear back in your wallet when you have the correct version and sync etc..

Just make sure you have backup of your wallet.dat, and your coins will be safe.

We should let the dev explains the issue. Why and how it happened? Why the code should force check in block 428420?
Now all exchanges will have a same fork but the windows wallet fork is alone. We should believe the exchange fork. It is dangerous for believing a fork that all exchanges are not synced, it will bring a lot of issues.

Ok then you don't have to worry.You will definitely get your coins back.But wait some time until Dev sort out this problem.Just don't lose your wallet.dat

that transaction id is not shown in explorer.My wallet is still on the wrong chain after I upgraded supercoin wallet v3.1 , deleted  blockchain and resynced.
The last bolak is 437097

Don't panic, coins are not lost.

If repair wallet doesn't solve the problem, and transaction is not on the blockchain, then you need to resync wallet from the scratch, and when done, coins will be there again.

To all those who would like to dump: when all is resolved, you could regret it. This is an average ordinary problem, if occured..Unfortunately, it did. It's just a little bit annoying, it's not dangerous. And price will,of course, recover. What then - panic buying?

You can certainly get them back if that transaction id is not shown in explorer.For that you have to type repairwallet on console if your wallet is on right chain.

If it does not solve the issue, we all out, dump it every day every where

I think the fork issue did not solve, and the exchanges did not update.
So please dev take some actions.
