I think that was the old countdown. Epoch reads GMT+1 and that is 5 am (GMT) or 6 am (GMT+1) in Europe. For example, netherlands is 6 am.
Correct my if i'm wrong.

Sorry, no. The time is set at 12AM EST 2/18, going to 2/19; most I can do is give or take 30 minutes. This is not a massive release, so you should be okay my friend.

It will be plus or minus thirty minutes to prevent flooding of all assets (including websites, pools, tipbots, and the like).
Once again:
