You cant mine Tagr, it is on PoS now only, no inflation.. And you can download the blockchain file someone uploaded here so you dont need to download the blocks to stack, you will get connections but wait a little.

create a .conf file on the same place there is the .blk file and put this:

Yes dev has to be more active for sure, get bit of a community built up, then go for bigger exchange. If this coin wer on trex it would probably trade around 200-500sat to start with. Yes a roadmap is essential.
