@2bfree

You should go to transactions window and see if there's green ticker. If there's no green ticker it's still being confirmed or not accepted.

@Tara11 I see i little green ticker like this one:

is that what you are talking about?

Yes. Looks like it's added to your balance.  Smiley

It was added that how I noticed I first thought maybe Tesla dev airdrop-ed it or something but then I saw those mining hammers. If everyday was like this then I'd be all set Smiley

So I guess I'll be doing this more in hopes of getting lucky again!

Yeah you should stake more often.

Do ou think the guy behind the Tesla electric cars will be interested in supporting this project?

Dev team should reach them. There's many similar coins like solar, energy and einsteinium. Support from Tesla would be huge boost for Teslacoin.

The guy runs 3 giant corporations and is trying to get people on mars and right now he is sending 2 guys around the moon and back. I don't think he cares about a 20K per day bitcoin clone or does he have 5 minutes of his time to give just because the name is the same of one of his companies. I'm not trying to be a jerk just pragmatic. If you want Tesla to be a 1 dollar coin it has to be bootstrapped no billionaire will do it for us.

It's not a mistake. Everytime it's different. Sometimes you got 1 coin or 1000 coins.

Take a screenshot by pressing Print Screen button on your keyboard. Go to paint and hit paste. Save your photo as jpg or jpeg. Upload your photo to tinypic.com

Copy paste img url here. It should look like this.

Thanks I have a screencapture app on Linux Mint I just thought you could paste directly into bitcointalk like you can do on Steemit, so let me get this right you upload to tiny pic then paste the URL from there in your post?

And what's the most you got from mining Tesla? Is the 10K TES the last thing I'll get just for getting lucky? I'll guess I'll find out next few days.

Image code should look like this. Copy paste that link here.

Most I got from stake is 1400 teslas. If you're lucky you'll get that 10K Tes few minutes later.  Smiley

So that's what I got but nothing from then on.

I wonder why this coin is not yet at Bittrex, sometimes the support comes from the community to make this happen.

It's delisted from bittrex. They said trading volume was too low.

It's not a mistake. Everytime it's different. Sometimes you got 1 coin or 1000 coins. Maturing is the most difficult part. If there's many people mining it they will fight for matured coins.

If it's unlocked wallet will automatically mine coins. It's called staking. But it's not guaranteed that you will receive those coins. If someone completes the block before you he will get the coins. It's called maturing. You could see some of the coins matured and some of them not confirmed. Matured coins will be added to your balance.

OK, thank you for your response @t=Tara11, so I found that screen like from your picture and it is 10thousend and some TES coins mined but it's within minutes and i'm looking at your numbers they are low. What do you think happened that I got so many coins is it a mistake?

One more question how did you get the picture to Bitcointalk? I can never figure out how to cut/paste screenshots into Bitcointalk?

Thanks again!

Wallet staking fine.

@Tara11 can you explain how the staking works on Tesla and how to set it up and some pros and cons. I have never done that and just got my Windows Tesla wallet finally synched and working (at least in this hotel).

Thanks.

Staking is easy. Just set password for your wallet and unlock it. Just leave your wallet open and it will stake itself automatically. Staking keeps blockchain healthy. More people staking means more healthy blockchain for teslacoin. If it possible stake your coins non stop. It's like getting interest from bank. Teslacoin yearly interest is 12%.

PoS Coins require "Staking" to process transactions through the blockchain and keeping it from getting stuck.
Once it gets stuck it requires patience till it frees up.

Thanks for the answer Tara11 let me ask you this, my wallet is encrypted, if I click on that unlock icon does that mean someone can get to my computer and send the Tesla coins without my password?

If someone reaches your PC and wallet is unlocked it's possible he could send your coins. Safer would be home computer where only you could control it. I don't know if there's additional password for sending coins.

So I unlocked it then sent 1 TES it didn't ask me for the password so while it's unlocked even that it's encripted someone could hack take over the computer and send the coins.

However something weired happened within 30 minutes I got over 10000 TES with a 2 hammer crossed icon and it was added to my account (not inbound or outbound). Any idea where those coins came from? It looks like mining but I never mind and I just have an old second had 65 euro laptop.
