Explain how the block explore is the best. Who are the big time investors? If they are investing why is the price goin down? They cant even set up a decent pool. they are only on a few low-rent exchanges. Bittrex has proven to be a worthless pump and dump exchange that will take any coin for the right price. They accept almost any coin as long as they get a percent or something they can make money off of.  That's why they have coins not on any launch list. What merchants accept HempCoin? What Hemp Merchants accept Hempcoins? Its time to answer these questions.

http://hempchain.info/ shows everything in a nice simple summary with graphs. Easy to understand and informative.  It also has a public API for us to use. Its a very nice design and was custom coded by a community member. I have not seen a better block explorer.

If you have been watching THC a large portion has been bought up recently (many million), and you can see the difference in the price trading around 50 satoshis to 150 satoshis. This is likely due to the success of the HTML5 Cloud wallet and publicity it has received.

Hemp coin needs 1 huge merchant to accept and that will happen for this coin because intelligent hard working people are making that happen.

THC has been added to Cannapay, so any merchant accepting it:

I think there was a video posted of a store using the hemp coin merchant service as well. looks super easy and awesome.

THC was added to Bittrex long ago and has been supported by the community to see nice increases in price. Not a single satoshi was paid to Bittrex to add this coin. THC has a really bright future ahead. It's a good time to buy, I am trying to  buy in the low 100s but not to many sells down there.

Please do because this pool is crap and the current price of THC is proof of it. 24 more hours and im out until a better more reliable pool comes out. I wont sell cause the 20K I have don't amount to anything. Where is the dev support? Why haven't they tried to build a community for this coin? I hope it gets better cause Hemp could be Americas savior if the FED would wake up and THC could cash in early on it.

What do you mean? I think there is great community and we as developers are encouraging it!
Where is your community? where are your merchants? Scrypt coin have to build a strong community from day 1 because all other coins that are GPU ONLY are taking the investors. I hate ASIC proof coins cause they are all pump and dumps. The ain website for Hempcoin cant even update the site as to which pools are running. Hemp Cash is a joke. Look at what Potcoin devs did in their first 3 months. hempcoin has rarly hit 1GH in mining which means there are very few mining and they are the ones dumping. You guys need to come up with some major progress soon. Scrypt is not a coin for lazy devs. You will have to work 5x harder than GPU coins. Im here I have your back. Im holding not selling but you guys gotta do something BIG. If there is anything I can do to help you I will. But its up to you to get the ball rollin.

Hemp coin has a strong community. Things like their website, the block explorer (best in the business), hemp.cash is the first HTML5 cloud wallet integrated with facebook and has received thousands of sign ups. All these things developed by the community. Don't worry about the price so much, THC is a strong coin with proven developers and community. If you haven't noticed, some investors have recently come into THC.

How is the network hash rate 485MH but pool.altcoin.center is ony running 30MH and is the only pool that seems to be working? Are there more pools or is everyone solo mining?

Yes, it seems like most people are solomining. At least we are true to Satoshi's decentralization idea.

I have good news for people who cannot solomine (because they are using rented miners, for example)
One guy is working on MPOS pool (still no guarantees, he's looking at it just as hobby). I am thinking about opening MPOS pool too. So we might have 2 news pools in future Smiley

Tomorrow I will return with news related to HEMP developement (no, still no new wallet, but something equaly awesome)

Stay tuned!

Is anyone having a problem with pool.altcoin.center staying up or is it just my miners? Sometimes it works great and other times its just rejects and failed connections.

Yes, I have that exact problem.

what are you using to mine there ? asics ?

if asic, what diff are your workers showing and how big is your asic ?

I run 4 Zeus Blizzards. Here is a screen shot:

Thanks

I thought maybe you had a large asic with a low worker diff and you were submitting too many shares to the pool. I am not familiar with bfgminer output, but it looks like your worker diff is 7230 (seems high for your hashrate, not low), so this can't be the case.

I see a bunch of HW errors, Is that normal for ASIC's ?

HW errors would usually point to miner settings needing a tweak.

Are you having this issue on other pools ?

ok, I switched to cgminer 3.1.1 and it seems to be working well so far.
I was not having problems with other pools, but I wanted to mine this coin.

Thanks for your help

Im using a gridseed g-blade. My dif changes automatically. My hashrate on the monitor never matches what the pool says either. HW issues are never more than 2%.

asics arent my thing, I find it odd that HW errors are normal, but sure.

I would try on other pools to see if you are having the same issue.  If not, I would contact the pool operator to see if they can help.

I have heard issues in the past where certain types of asic units did not work well with certain pools, no clue why, but it does happen.

Sorry I can't be of much more help.
