Nice, now we can get some more focused conversations going! I'm signing up now.

Don't forget about this forum thread though. Posting on here helps other people see hemp coin. The biggest price spike happened at the same time this thread was hot and getting a post every minute or two. It made the thread similar to a sticky thread. This thread just sat at the top of the altcoin section of this forum. Don't be shy to write things on this forum when someone announces something. Even just a +1 or great job is enough to pop the the thread back to the top. Don't be scared to break down your message into three parts and post three messages in a row without anyone replying to you.

I made the paper wallet. I could see a lot of improvements made for it. If someone wants to take over just ask me and I will get you access to edit the file.

The paper wallet is javascript and html. You can take all the code and run it on a different server if you want.

would be nice to see a new paperwallet!
if we have a new design, we could make a video, how to use paperwallets!

Welcome, Hempcoins4You! I threw up a little news post on hempcoin.org regarding your pages. Not much to write currently but well add more once you get going.

Who originally made the paper wallet?
It'd be great to see it updated to the new look.

Also whatever happened to the 2.2 wallet with the green logo?
Why wasn't that wallet released/look ever used?

I'm talking from quite a while ago.

Edit: Also can't figure out why the video autoplays on the homepage? I set it not to but it still does  Huh

The market is no long in danger of being de-listed. That message looked bad. It's nice to see it's gone.

Let's all try to do a big push Monday and Tuesday.

I can see THC starting to warm up here, bubbles might start soon Smiley

Fans are climbing fast!

Either a shit ton of people are trying out the facebook application or it's getting attacked by bots (I'm hoping for the first  Tongue)

-----------------------

There are over 1,200 facebook users connect already.

I didn't pay for people to like this page, there just did it as a side effect. A like button on the bottom of the page.
https://www.facebook.com/TheHempCoin?notif_t=page_new_likes

Facebook connects take 2 days to appear in the dashboard so I can see the stats in two days.

There is a problem where the site would allow multiple payments to people who invited their friends. It was just supposed to pay once. Then secondly, there was a problem where it paid out passed the "funded" amount of coins. It doesn't look like the site was hacked. Must just be bad php code.

I had to shut down the earning coins page. I don't have the coins to continue funding the unlimited friend invites. This really sucks. The app was "Viral".

---------------

The site was getting hit so hard. My $150 a month server set up needs an upgrade already Smiley

--------------

Make the updates to the code and I will send over coins to help it go viral.

LOL I typed the wrong word in one place! hahahahahaha. Was checking if they have already "invited friends" by checking if they have already "sent messages to friends" hahaha. So dumb! It is all fixed now.

If you want to fund this social marketing look for the "FUND" button near the bottom of the wallet. You can donate funds from your account... but there is a problem

Now the problem is the actual hemp coin linux wallet, which got filled up with addresses or something like that, won't start up. I am sending the wallet.dat file to "with the lemons!" hopefully him or "HempCoin"  can figure out what is wrong with the actual wallet. If we can get this problem fixed up I think we are going to have something really good here.

if your wallet.dat file is too big or has too many transactions simply create a new blank wallet.dat and send all your coins from the old one to the new one.
I find that after about 10,000 transactions the wallet gets really slow.

Do you know if this is a problem with every cryptocoin wallet?

The cloud wallet gives each user a unique deposit address. Even if I restarted with a fresh wallet it would just get filled up again. 1,300 new users signed up in the last 6 hours.

The linux wallet is getting this error for me:

Try starting it with argument "-staking=0"

Still the same error if I type:
./hempcoind -staking=0

Is that what I was suppose to do?

I can send you the wallet file if you want to try it out and debug the problem.

And please don't use this thread for troubleshooting. If you have problem, PM me next time. And send your debug.log file.

I took the wallet file and tried to load it into my windows machine. It loaded but every new block freezes the qt client for 10 seconds. My wallet.dat file is 16 MB. A lot of people joined last night.

I don't know if I like this code base any more. The CannaCoin team is switching to the blackcoin code base. I think we should switch also. We could then support each other, have the blackcoin community to help us and be using a more stable code base.

I know it sounds dumb to premine a coin and send out the old THC wallet coins to the new HEMP wallet coins but once it is done it is done. Best to do it now before the coin grows any bigger.

Why we should premine?  Huh Updating code is possible without coinswap

Oh, I thought blackcoin was x11. I kind of want an x11 coin. It seems like they have larger communities.

Coin swaps are so amateur.
