Hmm thanks for the report, I'll look into it now, didn't try running it without a blockchain so it must be having a problem making the genesis block

I also found the problem we had with the server dying, it should be much more stable now

So I've just discovered a small error I made when I started on TIPS, it turns out this is a good error though, because now I've fixed it everybody who updates to the new client will have their coins multiplied by 5.
About to upload the code to github now, binaries will come afterward
