What happens if a package was delivered to the right coordinates but was picked up by a neighbour (or a random person) as it happens all the time in NL? Does the payment go through regardless or is there a way to verify that it was you who received the package?

What about US citizens? I've heard they ain't eligible to purchase XYO. but they can purchase the shares/equity with Reg A+? Is it true? Need clarification.

Hey there Shuman, the team has mentioned that until there is clarity on the treatment of cryptocurrency in the U.S., XYO is only available for sale internationally. The good news is, as you referenced, XY has obtained an SEC Reg A+ Equity Qualification

Are there any company statements on the SEC forced rescission of $731,504.95 (plus interest) in regards to XYO tokens that were not properly registered under the Securities Act?
The rescission exercise was not forced, it was entirely voluntary on the team's part. Please refer to the full details of the rescission exercise through the amended Form 1-A, which is on the XYO website.

Ok,Im trying to gather more information so that I may better gauge the risks of investment.
I haven't been able to find anything on XYfindables about the forced buyback of tokens due to SEC violations.
