I can only answer the first question - The public sale dates: 20th March, 2018 - 20th May, 2018. The answer to the second question is in white paper.

I see in the white paper that for example XYO can be used in medical care and hospitals or commercial airlines and luggage logistics.
But i don't understand how they can track the position of my bag! They have to put something on it!? is it correct?
