I can only answer the first question - The public sale dates: 20th March, 2018 - 20th May, 2018. The answer to the second question is in white paper.

Thanks for the link, an interesting interview. It's a pity that during the review, questions about the hard cap and a large pool of bounty campaigns were not cleared up.

If you would ask them in the telegram chat is better than making it here or waiting for an answer on the blogs. They have no soft cap and hard cap to reach they are open for how much is the maximum tokens that they will be sold in ICO. The one that they need to clear up is the bounty campaigns allocation.

That will be maxed out at 1 ETH for 33,000, meaning this will be the most expensive price for XYO tokens during public token sale.
