You have sold 42% tokens. Does it mean that soft cap was reached and now you are trying to get a hard cap?
Softcap was reached during presale, now they have lowered the hardcap to 4 millions, and 42% of it already sold out. The pity is that they stoped advertising the ICO, project deserves much more attention.

Crypto.tickets representative, why ICO prolonging is not covered properly in your media channels ? twitter/facebook etc ? I don't see any reason of invesments increase if it's not advertised accordingly. I myself believed in your project from the begining and I would really like to see more attention to your platform, as it's undervalued now in my opinion.

Yes, those posts are regarding the voting. But what I mean that you need a post about results of voting. That ico is still running and a new deadline is the end of November. And I'm also talking about silence in your media channels after this decision (last post in twitter/facebook 1 week old), you need some more advertisements to attract new investors. Existing investors, including me, already know about ico

I tried investing in your ico, but i really faced a huge issue, I used a provider where i loaded by money and converted into Bitcoin from India with a company called zebpay, and transferred the amount of 0.01028685 BTC to https://crypto.tickets wallet, in this process i was unaware of high bitcoin processing charges where my maths went wrong, and the total amount which transffered was 0.00987785 BTC instead of 0.01028685 BTC where it was 3$ short.

Hi! Sorry for that but we can't refund because the minimal investment is 0,01 BTC. Due to our rules we don't accept such payments because their costs of paying commissions for withdrawal are greater than the amount of investments. Comission was included to your payment but you didn't take this into account unfortunatelly. So we can do nothing in this situation(
I am not able to gulp the fact that commisions would be 75$ for withdrawal, what i mean was i am ready to push more btc to the same account, my question is if i add say 0.01 BTC excluding charges will that add up to my existing BTC which is stucked.
You need to make another transaction more than 0,01 BTC. It won't be summed up with the previous one.

I see that you have extended the ICO for another 4 weeks. At you on a site the voting is open and I do not understand what for it is made if you all the same prninyali the decision to prolong the project and the decision any more do not change. I understand that now many projects are postponed due to bitcoin and its hard fork.
