👋🏻 Greetings, reader! In this post, we will tell you about Believers Reward Offering, a viable alternative to ICOs.
At the moment, there is a problem that the ICO market is becoming more closed. In addition, this method of raising funds by crypto projects like ICO itself has disadvantages, the main of which are:
🔻 Safety investment. How likely is it to receive purchased tokens at a huge discount price. The number of investment pools is constantly growing, and with increasing popularity with a risk to never pay back other investors.
🔻 No real time ICO management. The probability of a simple human error is high since the lists of investors are compiled manually, and some investors will not see their tokens immediately due to a lack of automation creating frustration.
🔻Lack of transparency. Most ICOs are not using smart contracts to manage the entire token distributions to disclose the exact amounts of Token sold. Investors don’t know how much was raised at the end and how much participants invested.
🔻Unfair investment rules. There are 3 different stages of sales during an ICO (Private Sale, Pre Sale, and Crowdsale) which bring respectively a specific discount (60%, 40%, 20%).
🔻Investor Sales Competitions. All investors are getting all of their tokens at the same time with only a short term investment goal. Most of them have the only objective to dump at the all-time high price to take rapid profits impacting the value and the attractiveness of the project.
💡 Believers Reward Offering (BRO)
🔹 Tozex has developed the Believers Reward Offering (BRO), a viable alternative to ICOs. It is a new crowdfunding facility that allows companies to finance their development by borrowing crypto assets (stablecoins) from contributors around the world.
