Hi peter054,
Sorry to hear that you've lost some coins by mining the old chain. The old blockchain hit a deadlock around 850 blocks and no new blocks were mined for days, we announced at that time that we would be restarting the blockchain since we needed to make some vital changes to the network. We warned people not to mine since their coins wouldn't be valid once we switched to the new chain. Sorry for the inconvenience.

I think that there is no way to recover the
coins.
They are from the old chain and therefore are
nonexistent.

50 confirmations to reach maturity. Reward is 20 TWIST.
how much is maximum supply ? (I see 200M was POW)
TWIST has no maximum supply. It will be pure Proof of Stake after block 20000, and it has an annual inflation of 10%. However, that inflation amount assumes that every single coin is being staked, which is obviously not going the case, so the actual inflation will be less.

Just found interesting thing: can't open wallet's upper menu (File, Settings, Help), is it bug or normal? If normal, then how should I close wallet if needed?
If you're on linux/osx, those options may appear on the menu bar at the top of the screen.

How to view statistics on my TWIST address created using https://twist.network/address
To clarify, the address generator tool (twist.network/address) is not a wallet, it's just a tool to generate an address and a private key.
If you want to see the balance of the address you need to import the private key into a desktop wallet.

Wallet upgraded successfully and airdrop received, coin also stake very well.
Masternode on twist coin will not be a bad idea though.

Great, airdrop received. One question, it's still POW until block 20.000, now only over 2000 I see. I don't have a mining rig so I have to wait for POS to kick in right? If someone could contribute a link to how to install these qt wallets would be nice.
