"You send 1 BTC to the given Adress on Day 3 of the auction and the auction ends with a Total Amount of 50 BTC, you
will get [(1 BTC * 1.1)/TotalAmount]*68 Million. Which equals 1.7M Coins"

So^ : You ask for 1.700.000 Coins - 1BTC(~$4400)??
1.700.000 / $4400 = $386

1 coin=386$ Huh

Not the way you do the math.

4400/1,700,000 is the way you do it.  .0028 is the answer.  Less than 1/3 of a penny.  NOT 38,600 pennies.
that is if the total amount is 50btc yeah.

No.

50 BTC will generate 68 MILLION TZC.  So, let's do the math again.

50 BTC is worth 50x4300=215,000.00 USD

215,000 (USD) divided by the number of auctioned TZC coins (68 million) works like this...

215,000/68,000,000 = .0032

That is, as I stated earlier, less than 1/3 of a cent per TZC coin.

Why is this math giving people problems?  We're not even getting into algebra here.  This is just multiplication and division.

Mr genius...read the first page.
You get about 1.7milion tzc for 1btc if the total amount is 50btc.
So if the total amount is less, you get more coins so the price you paid in the auction changes also.

What is your problem with reading?

My response was to the guy who was getting his equation, simple as it is, so turned around that he was thinking it was over 300 USD per TZC coin.

Fact is this, neither you nor I nor anyone else knows WHAT the final results of the auction are.  I was using the GIVENS that the OP was using for MY corrective post to the deeply flawed math.

But, you are still not making much more sense that the first guy.

If you pay ONE BTC, Teh number of TZC coins you end up with does NOT change what you PAID.  How can you state that 'so the price you paid in the auction changes also'?  It does not.  The only thing that would change would be the potentially LOWERING of the overall value of the TZC coins.  The more coins you get for your BTC, the lower the cost per coin is. NO?

Let's say you put up 1 BTC and nobody else does.  I assume that means you are awarded the full 68 million TZC?  I have not read the fine print so I do not actually know the answer to that.  But, if that were so, then as a result of having received 68 million TZC for 4300.00 USD, the price paid for each TZC goes from 1/3 of a cent each to - .00006 CENTS per coin.

Again, that is just a tad short of the 300 dollars the other guy figured per TZC coin.

Already the third time has occurred wallet crash!

Do what I've suggested to ocminer above and let me know. I cannot fix the issue if I'm unable to reproduce it. My node runs since day 0 with almost 100 connections and no crashes.

Are we losing mining returns on altminer.net or is there simply an issue with results REPORTING?

Frontend gets updated in "batches". Stated a few pages earlier.

This whole idea of the auction is not good.I don't know about the price ( OP for my taste ).

Hey guys, Since the wallet starts crashing again I've stopped the pool.

Please withdraw your funds and switch to the remaining pools

Thanks

Try to run it with staking disabled (stakegen=0). If it helps, I'll investigate the issue. If you don't want to miss stake rewards, you can run another daemon with staking enabled using the same wallet on another machine.

Sorry for that, not all clients are crashing and we are working on resolving this issue.

My wallet crashed twice by himself when i left it open for staking.
Once was like 12 hours ago and again 30 minutes ago.
The timeline matches with Ocminer posts about wallets crashing.
Hope that helps for debug.
