Not really, but you could go to http://crofly.bplaced.net/ enter the difficulty and the size of a transfer and you get a roughly estimation how long it could take for that size to get a block.

As stated on the website, keep in mind it's a roughly estimation. It's just not possible to give a 100% accurate info

Are there any 'non blockchain' cryptocurrencies? There is one - IOTA - based on something they call a 'tangle'.

Other than that, they all are based upon blockchain as far as I can tell.
