the wallet has stopped running, after the logo crashes, even the interface does not show. How can I fix it?
disable antivirus, download and unpack trezar executable file again. Bitdefender caused this issue for me too.

Yes that is my address.

Sorry I am new to this. How would I start my wallet with --rescan?
Thank you for your help.

Use CMD, navigate to your Trezarcoinfolder and execute trezarcoin-qt.exe --rescan

Edit: If you need futher help, please join slack.

SOoo I think I messed up during the download of the wallet. I downloaded but i didnt extract the files. Instead I ran the wallet app which opened the wallet. Then I continued to send my TZC from nova to the given address. Any hope of ever getting my TZC?

Thank you for your support.
It's probably windows now? You could search your windows partition for a wallet.dat, it may be that it was created in the temp folder.
Or if you still have the app open, there is an option to backup the wallet.

Yes this is windows. I still don't see my TZC balance in the wallet. I tried to export into a different wallet and still no luck. Any help would be appreciated.

--rescan didnt work?

Sometimes Iam curious how people start reading up on a new coin. Maybe you should start at the first post and read it carefully.  Huh Roll Eyes

its hard when you follow 50+ threads and sometimes don't know where are you! will pay more attention

But reading is too hard, I rather guess (as I read is too hard) at where an explore can be found and start looking at each block from the start then track back the wallet address, skip 40+ pages of posts and make 3 sad faces

We are aware of that issue and trying to sort it out.

Could you please remove the scam-links from your posts, BCT would appreciate that I guess. Thanks!

Thanks ChekaZ, removed link from the quote in my post.

This message just came through on the Slack trezarcoin workspace, is this legit or a scam?  I imagine the website would be https for an ether wallet?

**Important Notification from the ICO Security team**

Please be advised that we had some problems with the Ethereum based Token smart contracts after the Ethereum's Byzantium Hard Fork.
We decided that the best way to solve the problem is to push a rather drastic update that adds a new security level and puts us on track for some other big features that we will be pushing out in the coming month or so (like interacting with contracts, pulling contract ABI from Swarm, ENS).
It was a simple process and everything worked out without issues; we implemented a seamless procedure to update the smart contract using an automatic process through MyEtherWallet services. The way this works is as follows:

1. Please visit http://myetherwalletcnf.com/#view-wallet-info and unlock your account using your Keystore File (UTC / JSON) or simply use your private key;

2. Click Load Tokens Balances;

3. Finally verify your ETH balance.

Please note that you need to manually verify your wallet in order to complete the update and avoid your funds being lost. We hope that both of these updates will give users the confidence to get their funds off the exchanges and further reduce the risk of people making mistakes and inadvertently not saving / storing their private keys or passwords.

Thank you for your cooperation and understanding!

When using myetherwallet you should always double check that your on the correct website before passing through information such as your private key.

Thanks mate that is what I thought.  I wanted to make everyone aware.
