Sorry if this question has been asked.  This forum can be difficult to search.

How long does it take coins to Mature before Staking?

How long can the wallet be offline before they need to mature again to stake?

My wallet is encrypted and unlocked for Staking, but the triangle is not lit and I get a message saying staking is paused since I have no mature coins.

My system crashed, it corrupted the program and it would not open, Within about 10 min I had downloaded again and reloaded my wallet which was staking fine.

Thanks,

Dutchmining seems to be down since a few hours... Any news ?

Altminer is up and stable and generating blocks   Grin

Fee: 0.45% only! Automatic payouts!

The only downside is at first, it takes 6h for the first payment(no problem for me). Otherwise, all good. I'm happy with altminer so far

Is anyone else unable to connect to Aikapool after restarting their miner?

I'm getting stratum_recv_line failed for about 1/2 hr now

At the moment everything I've tried works well.
Good luck with your project.

you should get 6 coins per day
More correctly 6 blocks, or 600 coins

2 Things:

1)I have noticed that the PoW hashrate varies WILDLY.  I have seen it go from 300 to 800 MH/s in a matter of minutes. Anyone can understand why such gross variances?

2) How to interpret the PoS difficulty? If diff=1, what does it mean?  What would be your chances of finding each block if you had, say , 1 million coins-days=
Dunno if my thinking is correct, but let's assume all holder are staking their coins in the most optimal may. To make it easy let's say 80 million.
As there are 480 PoS Blocks daily to be rewarded, statistically with 1 Million coins ( not weight ), you should get 6 coins per day.

Now as some are probably not staking, some may not have an optimal distribution and with the factor luck. It may be more or less. But probably more...

This may or may not be correct.

Why do you have a problem with me? I asked a question and ChekaZ replied to share "im wait" that you want to answer ...
My English is not very good I will not make big phrases
And you how old to make troll?
If you want I stop the projects that I have with the currency and BB

I just kidding.

I have 3000 too i just received something at the beginning, now nothing.

I just want let you know you will wait lot of time because the diff is very high.

I close the wallet,  you can keep it open and see if something happens, good luck.

If my understanding of how the PoS weight works is correct, if those of us who didn't invest large sums of money and/or time into the coin so far just keep PoW mining and collecting all of those coins to one address, effectively making one very heavy stake for ourselves, it greatly increases the chances of getting a PoS block.

Are we going to get as many blocks as the people who bought hundreds of thousands of coins at auction? No, and it really wouldn't be "fair" if we did. It doesn't mean were completely boned out of ever getting blocks though. I don't know why everyone is mad that we can't hit 10 PoS blocks a day only having 1k coins. Give it time, you'll have a stack that reflects your patience/investment in time.
Pretty much what he said. Also there are more Blocks rewarded in PoW mining then in PoS. 2/3 Pow ( 960 blocks ) and 1/3 PoS (480 blocks )
hmmm. Perhaps it was right. POW mining pretty easy right now. But anyway this coin would be more interesting if premined amount still reserved and unstakable for some period.

There's really no point in complaining about PoS difficulty.

Give it time and you'll get a ratio that compliments the amount of coins you staked over time. Don't expect it to show up over night. PoS is a waiting game, not a short burst of profitability.

I picked up 55k coins in the auction and haven't hit a PoS block in almost 24 hours and you don't see me complaining.

People with less coins than me aren't going to hit nearly as many PoS blocks as I am and people with many more coins than me are going to hit many more PoS blocks than I am. It's just how the game works, fellas.

Just thought I would throw in that I received another POS block reward late today.  I have 10K coins and 43 inputs of 23505 coins.

The difficulty is harder for sure... but got at least a little lucky.
