I have to agree with you. This is a very underrated project and i think it is the biggest canadian blockchain project at the moment. It is very cheap and a coin you should keep an eye on.

The concept of this coin is very great and the developement team is doing a great job. Right now there are not that many dapps, but this will change in the long run. I have no doubt that this coin can be very huge.

I've been reading the quarterly reports and thinking that this coin is very solid. The only concern is that there are not a lot of dapps. Or am I wrong?

SOLO MINING POOL FOR PROFESSIONAL MINERS

https://ubq.solopool.org/

- 100% of the block reward will be credited to the miner who found it
- Support nicehash (special port)
- Full stats with charts, rewards and earnings
- Telegram bot (notifications of new blocks and rigs status)
- Stable payments
- Low fee
- DDOS protection
- Great ping

Welcome Wink

Nice, definitely worth checking that out, i've been using a few different pools, poolsexy is going away from PPLNS so i switched back to maxhash, but solo mining if you get lucky can be a lot more profitable than mining in a pool, i had like 17 blocks found on poolsexy and only had 92 ubiq paid out, so if i had the same luck solo mining i'd have done a lot better.

Just a heads up to all those wondering.  Ubiq does not have an official Telegram channel and it has come to attention someone is running an airdrop scam via Telegram.  This is not in any way related to Ubiq.  Please report them or advise as many as possible about this scammer and hopefully we can save some people alot of grief.

The airdrops will only be conducted via this official link.

Escher - Airdrop 2 https://ubiqsmart.com/escher/#/airdrop/0x36ae3bdbbd19bc55f2fe3cccf41bf12c4c3afb42

Hey guys. What about this Escher airdrop? What is this token for? Could someone explain it to me? If I am right the token is just for a Ubiq voting system, so people can vote for different thing? What thing can we vote for in the future?

This will be a multi-use protocol token and will be used for Governance to start.  The proposals are in process and will be presented to the community for voting in due time.  Best way to stay in the loop is hanging out in the Discord chat and follow the Twitter account.

How long will the second Escher claiming period be open?

Current contract address is 0x36ae3bdbbd19bc55f2fe3cccf41bf12c4c3afb42, right?

That info is listed on the claim page.

It seems to be an interesting project. Can you give me the link of the white paper? I need to read through the white paper to understand the project clearly

There is no whitepaper or roadmap with this project, as it leads to hype and most of the time those maps never come to fruition.  Ubiq lists a summary of what has been accomplished, which is released as quarterly reports.  Please start there on your reading journey, they are listed a few posts back.  You can also come by the Discord group and find a ton of other information and have questions answered in a more timely manner.

If this project is built on Ethereum, what do you mean by "Smart Contracts For An Automated World"?
Why don't people just go and use Ethereum's smart contract??

The thought process is to provide a stable platform which is an alternative to the cutting edge nature of ETH.  They have also modified the Monetary policy and adjusted the way the difficulty works, which is called Flux algorithm and is exclusive to UBQ.  I feel this platform is very methodical in the approach and is playing a long game in regards to adoption and market-cap growth.  There are a lot of things happening behind the curtains if you start to do your research. Sparrow, Escher, Shokku, just to name a few sub developments by the community. One notable milestone will be an addition to the Einstein Exchange which is implementing an alpha-point back-end.  This will allow the major exchanges to simply click a box to add Ubiq to their exchange.  This exchange will also support a direct fiat onramp as well as a listing normally reserved for the top ten currencies. Pretty exciting opportunity providing liquidity and exposure.

I like to think of Ubiq like a really well built Honda.  Reliable and stable...

But hey that is just my two sats... Feel free to read up and make your own financial decisions.

The dev team has funds where they can hold votes on the best way to spend them, but i believe anyone can create their own votes for people to vote on.

As far as I know, the Ubiq development team has a lot of specializations, as well as has experience in blockbuster, I'm sure they will achieve the goals!

The quarterly reports are a good place to read up on what has been developed so far!

I google searched for UBQ assets list and didn't find it. Are there such a list somewhere? thnx

https://ubiqscan.io/assets/ has a list of traded assets on Bittrex and Cryptopia

Other coins are on the network but not listed as they are yet to be traded.

I am one wonder why UBQ still not added to BINANCE? Maybe the team didn't apply? Please answer

Applications have been submitted and there has not been any traction on that front.  Apparently the listing fee is quite high and until governence dictates how the small NDF fund gets spent there is no money for listing fees.
