Hi guys!

After lots of tests... we have finished the test phase and are now proud to open to the public!

We welcome you to Low Fee Mining's Ubiq's pool!

Why should you choose us?

1) First of all, because we like to talk to you and support you all the way through your mining. This is why we have a dedicated email support!

2) We don't "catch" people starting with no fee to then bump it up whenever is least expected. We want to be transparent from day 1: 0.3% is our fee and it won't increase. EVER.

3) We are running on a fully protected antiDDOS fast server on a OVH backbone. OVH is one the safest and fastest networks in the world!

4) Our payout threshold is very low: just 1 UBQ !

5) We offer full stratum support.

6) and most of all.... We are not improvised pool admins. Our core business is in the hosting industry and, as such, we monitor our performance several times a day using a dedicated team of experts.

Come and visit us at

http://ubiq.lowfeemining.com

Thanks for your attention... and happy hashing!

I was mining this a few days ago and was getting quite a bit less than whattomine predicted (when UBIQ was the 7th most profitable coin to mine).  I wonder if it was the pool?

No http://ubiqpool.servehttp.com opened for the first time today.

We need a graph to show mining distribution. I can't seem to find it. Sad I want to see which pools are the largest
Hi, short answer: ubiqpool.io is in fact (date of post) the largest with 49,5% of the whole ubiq cake.

I think you´re seeking for something like this: http://www.ubiq.cc/ or this http://www.ubiq.cc/networkpools

Besides, meanwhile i do recommend supporting smaller pools (some of them have lower or no fees at all)
Half of the cake in just "one Hand aka pool" seems to be against the non centralized thoughts for me.

I was using ubiqpool.io the first weeks too, but then they started having issues. Right now i´m at ubiq.minerpool.net (4,5%) since a week and pretty happy with it.
At the very end you will get roundabout the same results during longrun comparsion regardsless of you´re mining for a smaller or the biggest pool.

I want to support UBQ and start mining
Can you recommend me a suitable GPU miner for Nvidia? (1080 Ti)

1080 TI is a tough pick for a memory intensive algo , but with claymore's miner you should be around 32 mh/s

So this is again one more project that will compete with smartcontracts and crowdsales? So this coin is aiming that they have better technology than ETH or it will be used for completely different things?

hello,

New to Ubiq! It got mentioned in some article I read with some other coins and this one was the only one I didnt knew so thought let me check it out.

Read the op and roadmap and some pages of the tread. From what I understand there are some consensus lv changes made to the protocol. So what are these changes exact ? We have the different mining algo. But dont seem ant other changes listed on the OP? probably is me though, maybe someone could highlight some things? Or point me in the right direction?

How is ubiq in regards to scaling for example ? How is it different than eth in regards to launching icos/ dapps on the platform?

Three posts above yours, I posted a two-part interview with a member of the team. A LOT of information in there that you might find useful as a primer, and links to their slack etc where you can ask them these questions directly.

Check out the UBQ site. UBQ looks promising to me. You can buy in cryptopia. (Linked my signiture.)
At its current valuation its a good buy. The team is essential trying to improve ethereums short comings in their own platform.

Looking for shmexy coins!
I really like everything about ubiq. Hopefully with more and more projects launching/migrating to Ubiq blockchain it will start to get the recognition that it deserves.
