Quality degrades at the same rate for all elements if nothing has been modified ... if the program shows that different elements of a photo have different rates of  degradation then something is odd ...

If the photo is jpeg then the quality causes it.

Here a rough draft of a logo idea I came up with

I think bringing some earthy elements into it is more friendly and less sterile.

I like it very much!

Cops, FBI, NSA use it all the time as a first pass sniff test tool before they get serious with their heavy in-house analysis tools.  It takes an expert to really read the results; I'm hoping one passes through the forum to give his thoughts.

FYI for comparison take a screenshot of your screen right now and upload it to the forensics site, it shows the same kinds of artifacts. Someone posted the same kind of thing to the VRC thread when they were modifying their wallet for Verisend to try and 'prove' manipulation.

Either way the original document has obviously been modified to obfuscate details and add the watermarks etc, so not sure what you would gain from using that site?

How about instead of continuing to feed the troll you guys answer a legitimate question from a potential investor...

Is the dev of this coin anonymous? It seems like they would need to be identified for this to be legit. I mean, who is doing all the correspondence with the companies?
The dev has been identified. You can go on the official GES website and see pictures of when they signed the contract, he is the the guy in the red shirt

bump.

My name is Bohan Huang. I have been public since 2 months ago. Come on #URO FreeNode IRC for verification, there are 80+ people here to confirm this.

Thank you, I appreciate the response. And thank you to all the other people who answered as well.

of course it was modified, they added a water mark on it so people couldn't use it to scam other people. this is sensitive document which required a lot of work to get the green light to publish it, just to stop people from fudding.

Obviously the URO coin logo didn't exist in 2012 either.

If you run Obama's birth certificate through these things you get the same stuff. Anything which is digitally copied from another digital copy will reveal such anomalies.

I'm not trying to spread FUD, I like coins worth $300 a coin that are now $2.00 or so.  I want to buy many and buy a Lambo.

I just don't want to be scammed.

Run the document image through this site:

http://www.fotoforensics.com

If the link holds (I'm not if or for how long the site holds results. If the link is dead, run it yourself.)  This is the result:

It seems to show signs of modification/change other than the blackouts.

An expert in this stuff should give an opinion.  This is how the Veilcoin scam was revealed.

There's evidence of something completely removed at the bottom and the "BB&T" a the top definitely seems photoshopped in.

The giant "Uro" text element was definitely Photoshopped in at some point.

The coloration of the wording on the right isn't exactly the same as the rest which also is apparently evidence of Photoshopping.

Again, I'm not an expert with this.  The best way to take away any doubts is for the devs to post the entire document and just deal with the privacy issues.  If this coin works they're about to be top story in the world media so that ship is about to sail anyway.

Like some poster said, if someone is buying something at a store the people selling it won't go far if the sales girls don't answer the buyer's reasonable questions.

The 'Dev' registered his posting account to create this thread. There is no evidence he has posted in any other threads.

So, yes, I'd say he's anonymous in the traditional sense that most altcoin Devs are.
