When is btc38 suppose to add voot?

Could also be price manipulators trying to scare small holders into dumping their coins. We've all seen them sell into their own bids to make it look like a trend reversal. When in reality, they're really just accumulating more market share, while controlling the price.
The price is stable now, quite good, next week we will see a huge rise.

I wonder why small people (<5 btc) dump the coin at this point.
If that's all you have you get scared. Only those with enough btc to go big and not go all in can sit and wait for what's coming.
I bought 400k @ 700-1000 sats and i am waiting for nice things to come. Sure not selling @ this price...Moon or nothing.
