I just wanted to make sure that who ever runs the exchange knows that he has to clear the legal stuff before releasing the exchange or they can get in serious trouble if they don't register the exchange .

Even if the Vootcoin community helped with the exchange it needs to run on someones name or company since they will make profit with the transcations fee they need to pay taxes and register the exchange to the IRS you can't just run an exchange like that and make profit without paying taxes .

LOL server fee is a question to maintain an exchange you need a solid server infrastucture to manage the traffic , you can't build that with a 50$/month server you will need a solid infrastucture IMO if mscolec can't pay the server fee he should sell a % of the exchange to someone that can invest and sponsor the server infrastucture . The server is $40 but I have so many server on my account. However as soon as the exchange open and we have to get someone to run the exchange until it's Decentralized
