Again, I'm not trying to FUD here.. I want Vericoin to succeed as much as anyone. But I'm starting to wonder if I've just been fooling myself that the developers are actually capable of implementing real advances and innovation in this coin.
I've tried speaking with them regarding some ideas I have to help, nobody seems interested to listen or discuss anything.
They seem absent, giving a minimal number of f*%#s, not much greater than zero...

I'll look through the last few pages of nonsense to see what they've had to say.

Ok after scrolling through several pages of nonsense I found one pose from effectstocause saying that we have had these sorts of "price fluctuations" before so to just "keep holding".
That's it, no updates of features, nothing. Hardly a reassuring post if you ask me... What happened to the roadmap, what happened to the new website? WHAT IS HAPPENING AT ALL??
A "buy Vericoin" button that links to a website, are you serious? I'm not much of a programmer and I could have implemented that button in about 3 minutes...

Just ordered 4 s3 ant miners that will be pointed at that VeriPool through the cold NY winters! Love the free heat.
August 7 is the first avail order. The first batch date already sold out.

I've been looking at the S3. I currently have four S1s and if the S3 puts out anywhere near the heat of the S1, you'll have no problem heating your house.
Did you manage to make a positive ROI on those?
Never really wanted to get into btc mining again, but it seems like the timing worked out really well with this batch. Pretty efficient for the price.
I make pretty good money with my S1s by leasing them out. When they are not leased out, I do manage to get some mining in, but they are still profitable for me.

Here's what concerns me about the "10 million coins staking" thing. This is not FUD, I am a bagholder like the rest of you, and the other 10 million coinholders.
So, there are only some 5 million coins being traded on exchanges currently, and the price is going down down down to pussy town. Doesn't that mean that there isn't even enough demand for that 5 million odd coins that ARE actually on exchanges to keep the price up?
So isn't that a BAD thing? correct me if I'm wrong, I really hope I am..

Neither is even a minimal representation of the VTRC community, you know, the one that has 10-13 million coins staking and another 4-6 millions long term parked in the exchanges.
