There's apparently some confusion about the android wallet, before I clarify I just want to say you guys really need to watch the Hangouts to stay up - to - date alot of the questions I see on here get answered in the Hangouts.
Now to clarify, the android wallet DOES NOT SUPPORT STAKING. But it does have integrated VeriBit.

i wouldn't be staking with my phone.. why risk losing a lot of coins?

the vericoin selling point is the variable interest so I really hope that is a staking wallet

I imagine it is to some people at least. Wouldn't it be difficult to set the wallet to always be open on Android though?

Sorry the coin doesn't feel special anymore. I'm not sure what it takes to keep you impressed. Either way, we're working to make VeriCoin the best payment system there is.
What i mean with special is a normal feeling with stocks/shares. Normally the stocks of Apple also raises when a new product is coming. This part is also here with crypto. The more features, the more people are getting excited about the coin. Specially when you have thousands of coins now a days.
I didn't want to insult you or whatever. Just trying to see whats on the road.

Where are the Android Beta Users? We could use some demonstrations. Unfortunately I don't have an android phone.
