Anyone else having trouble syncing their wallet?  I downloaded it yesterday caught up on all the blocks, restarted, and now I've had 0 connections for 12 hours.

Problem solved

ya the stake is kinda all over the place I normally got interest at least once every day or two but it took me four days this last time to get interest so I'd say a good spread is probably 5-7 days anything longer then that and you may have a problem, make sure your wallet is up to date and unlocked

So if the wallet in encrypted, you wont get interest ?   and it has to be open for more than 48hrs?

The first time I put vrc into my wallet was  on the 10th of June at 23h02. My first interest were given the following day at 1.42PM.
Even today I was surprised to see some interest fall into the wallet with only a minute of interval between them. It must all depend on the amont in it I suppose.

Given the latest news from Coindesk about the vulnerability of Bitcoin addresses to geoip exposure, it looks like 'Anon' is suddenly even more important for those coins that are developing it.

When you get stake depends on a couple factors.  The number of coins you have determines how frequently you get interest, this is so that the blockchain isn't overloaded with very small amounts.  So the less coins you have the less often they stake.  If you have coins in the wallet for more than 8 hours you can mouse over the vericoin icon in the bottom right of window to see an estimated time for your next interest payment.  It also depends on the difficulty of staking, which right now is high but so is the interest rate.  So you will get less frequent stake payments due to competition but they are higher.  This will average out to around 2% of your coin/year, or the average interest rate for that year.

Once you put coin in your wallet they must stay there for 12 hours, then they are eligible for stake. ( Thats how I understand it anyways )

Here is the official Feature Request page on our Subreddit. If we can't or don't want to implement the feature we may search for a developer who can get it done (ie. banking): http://www.reddit.com/r/vericoin/comments/2836fz/vericoin_feature_requests/

Support VeriSMS in more countries please, such as The Netherlands.

Thanks in advance!
