It won't hold until we get news.  If not it will follow the same trend.

The way I see it, with this bitcoin downtrend the VRC market is due to an upward correction anytime soon (probably above 10k) in the next hours / days, let's see it that happens and if does the question will be "will it hold it value"

I don't know from the bits and pieces I've gotten from the vericoin forum seems to be a significant amount

With the Verium ICO dates coming soon and the verium in general you might be playing with fire.  Remember a decent amount of vericoin is going to be removed from the market from the ICO 50% of all vericoin will be left staking.  Also with the coins lost from Crystpy that's a lot of coins gone forever!! The whales are going to let this coin fly it's going to be crazy!!

yeah not much for whales, i got caught in some bad trades, we live and learn, would of happily held, not desperate for bitcoin thats for sure, byt 3 or 4 times now up to 12k region done to 6k

so next time if it goes to 13k i will of sold, will buy back at 7k.  :O)

ps: waves, most useless launch of 2016.  still traded and got more than i started with and will be selling it at 100k sats quote me on that.

I am not sure we are all the same page with how 'great' is defined.   I think you need to read more and change your own view, 30 bitcoin invested in anything is something you should have some confidence about.  You fail to mention anything on why you invested in Vericoin initially where now when expansion and huge updates are on the horizon, you now need people on the Bitcointalk forum to sway you into staying into this altcoin that is having positive moves.   I don't think you are trying to be a troll, I have seen you post in this thread, but as far as your actual interest in Vericoin as a useful digital currency for the world, it seems from your post history you are looking for profits.  So I won't question if you have 30 bitcoin of Vericoin actually or not, I will just question why would you?  If looking for quick trading profits, quick staking profits, or any other reason that is actually for Vericoin use, please use another coin, no one here wants to change your view.

WTF?!?  Why are you taking part of that price suppression I was talking about earlier, but at the same time question the price???
All your sell orders are increasing sell pressure, so that when new people check if VRC can be a buy opportunity, they won't buy because there is no place to profit : too much sell pressure.
with your 30btc of VRC, if that's true, I guess it's with guys like you that makes VRC a kind of "p&d" coin.... let me explain, I've talked with few traders I know for years and they all say the same thing about VRC : interesting coin, but too many ppl buying it are aiming too low for profit and will sell and dump for not even 10% profit.

btw, why the hell with 30btc worth of VRC you keep all on exchanges?!?!  You can make good interests keeping that bag in a wallet you know?

maybe if you remove 30BTC worth of VRC from sell side all will be easier.

On Poloniex there is 45btc to 12,500 satoshi, a really low price.  But i see no new money coming in, buying Vericoin, this makes people nervous.
Any time it has gone to the 12k region it gets smashed back down to 6k region. Where the people who sold 10k+ now buy back at 7k and less.

VRC really needs to shake of these traders, but i do not see the slightest hint of "firepower" needed to do that. 

Also, what Value does Verium really add?  I really can not understand what it brings to the table.  I have 30bitcoin invested in Vericoin, so i would like to hold for longer, but at this point, i have all the coins on the sell side due to lack of belief.  If someone can change my view, then that would be great.

10k is small.. I think we could be at 100k no problem.
