New thread would make more new comers , letting them know and mine whirl coin ..and telling them how much it is gpu friendly ... while giving old miners/ supporters advantage with coins in hand

whirlpool isn't gpu friendly, it is certainly one of the most inefficient algo to run on a gpu.
I open-sourced the algo for a certain bounty, I don't see why what I get (and never spent) should be turned to shit while you don't bring anything special to the coin. (not like it is worth anything at the moment... but it is a question of principle).
