It is taking longer between blocks at the moment, but looking at the explorer I don't think it's been quite that long.  Are you caught up to block 46439?

Generally, it looks to be a drop off is hash rate combined with the current difficulty.  I'll keep an eye on it, though, to be sure.

of course the DEVs will not spend time on such crap ...

its listed on small exchanges , no volume ... (few BTC/day, ... you are a wale if you hold 1BTC)
expecting that price rises 5000% in few days is only possible if you deal with a shit-coin
old pump-dump game...
but this is not a one time shooter, you must calculate log term
its not possible to create something worth in few days

other coins trying to make some-same position into the industry
will need 5-10-20-50 years (or never) to make it this far
but people are not doing their homework, everyone wants to make millions in 1 day (sheep's)

difficulty increased , you need 1TH for ~90 coins
that's  ~0.03(0.035) BTC /day or 18.60$ (with electric power its more)
90 coins are now ... 90*0.00014BTC... 0.0126BTC ... or   7.81$ (0.08$ per coin)
if you go on porn.com premium you pay 60 coin for 1 month premium membership (15$) or ... (0.167$ per coin)
so what tells us this ... the coin is f... cheap and the people who are selling are bad at math ...or suffer from a brain damage
(with 5-6TH/day miner create max ~ 550 coin/day)

so what is the problem, its the demand (and idiots hopping to make a quick buck by buying and selling) ...
its a pain in d A ... for normal surfer (potential buyer)  to get wankcoin
so a wkc/fiat exchange is needed, a bigger altcoin exchange with real wales (people knowing what they do) ...
and few other smaller things...
it will need some time but this will happen
