We just put the pool up so averages haven't had any time to set themselves.

I had the internal estimated coins per block at 100 instead of 333.  I had set the estimates to 333 now.  That should help .  Have another look tell me if the estimations have improved.  Remember, these are just estimations and not real life.  I could set the estimator to 500 coins per block or 5000.

dedicatedpool steals your coins by making phony miners. I quit mining there coz they so obviously scam people its not even funny anymore

There have been quite a few attacks, we have mitigated those now.

It's other pool ops trying to make sure nobody else can mine it.  Rest assured, dedicatedpool is on the job Wink

gave you instructs on the twitter but basically, shouldnt be any diff than cgminer solo mining: just setup your conf file in %appdata% accordingly and then point the miner to -k darkcoin -o localhost:(the port you stated in the conf file) -u (whatever you put in your conf file) -p (whatever you put in your conf file). Should work, though with such a high hashrate, you better hope you are really really lucky lol
