Heh, when I heard about the problem I thought "I bet you could just multiply the weight by a 1000 and it would go away". Sure enough, that's pretty much what they did.

That's right. This one was a fix for POS. The new one is under development, MartinF started working on it 3 days ago, so it will take some time!.

Was bittrex made aware of the change? Did they get you a transaction id daavenger?
Its ok block took a while to register on the network it went through eventually into the new wallet!!
good news that means bittrex wallets all set then, can you verify the transaction was included in a block after 8100?
