According to source code min TX fee is 1000 shatoshis, so we cannot go lower But we've lowered as much as possible AP and MP values yesterday, please check now.

but i mean , i cannot withdraw less then 1 coin and with my graphiccard i mine max. 0.01 ,so , all people who did not mine at least 1 coin can't withdraw their mined coins?
Minimum withdraw is "1.0E-5" which is 0.00001 (look at your account settings). But I suggest you not to withdraw lest than 0.001
