No! no need to change the name of the coin. The Block reward is also fine. The coin need Features to keep living after POW ends.
Only the Dev can give us some ideas and then the Community can discuss. @Dev when you were creating this coin what was your purpose?
I read the OP you talked abt the origin of the idea, but now what will be the Future of the Virtual DoubleEagle Currency?
Do you Plan to contact some Merchants or Create a Game or Something similar that people will see the use of XDE?
Look at 42 now! it used to be the most valuable coin but today nobody will risk mining it bcoz of the lack of support from the Dev Team.

XDE need some Future Plans to make it more attractive and valuable.
