I would like to work on
8. What is Proof of Stake and its problems
9. What is Proof of Work and its problems
Should we just put here our work? Or do we have to submit it to a particular location?

Great, I am very much looking forward to read your articles.
Regarding the submission, there is no special requirement.

I will do points 3 to 6 and, as always, I do not want any bounty.

These are some very good topic ideas for the beginning.
Alright, we need fluent English writers with superb spelling and grammar and a deep understanding of the topic they chose.

I suggest a bounty of 0.0001074 BTC per word which is far higher than the average and not too shabby by most people’s measures. The rewarded word count is capped at 700 words per article.

Articles will be reviewed by several community members in this thread before it is accepted and published. You agree that your article is published under the GNU Free Documentation License v1.3.

Writers are solely responsible to determinate what, if any, taxes apply to their bounties.

Applications are now accepted on a first-come, first-serve basis. Picking multiple topics at once is allowed.

Yea, maybe a pool/list of possible topics/titles.

My first suggestion for some topics:

0. What is Elastic Project - How does it work, easily explained (Crossrefs to What is Proof of Stake / Proof of Work)
Maybe with a level of detail as here: https://bitcoin.org/en/how-it-works

1. Elastic Project - The technical Details (Maybe we do this at the end)

2. What are private and public keys?

Now in detail:
3. How to extract private keys from Blockchain.info
4. How to extract private keys from HIVE
5. How to extract private keys from Breadwallet
6. How to extract private keys from ...

7. How to redeem Elastic Coins from the genesis block (crossref heavily to point(s) before)
(Not the exact process, but some background info - Genesisblock credits different public keys,
to redeem you need the according private keys. The wallet will add a convenient way to do it.)

8. What is Proof of Stake and its problems

9. What is Proof of Work and its problems

10. How are XEL created?
(Here, a short article explaining the difference between mining and a genesis block)

11. Technical Parameters (Maybe we do this at the end)
(Coins in circulation, block time, etc.)

12. Will Elastic Coins fall in a deflationary spiral?
(Talk differencies between Bitcoin and XEL, and talk about some economy basics)

13. Is Elastic Project vulnerable to quantum computing?
Some quantum talk :-)

Where did the video go?

@There's some typos/grammar mistakes on the new site!

Does anyone of you consider himself a skilled writer? Fancy joining the team? Drop me a line and I am sure we can work out some bounties. We really need to accelerate the website development process.

Hi, I'm happy to contribute to the project as a technical writer, i'm sending you a PM to know how can I do my part.

He has had some personal issues, but I am sure he will be back soon. It will be inevitable to have Dazza back once the verifiable computation part is developed in its first version as I am sure we will have to "retouch" it couple of times.

I will try to give a larger update with many screenshots and explanations from my side by the end of the weekend.

Isarmatrose: could you make me, Bgjjj2016 and techwriterjoe an account for editing the knowledge base?
Also, I think we would need some coordination so we do not write articles twice  Wink

Hey,

I'm here and happy to contribute to the new site. Just message me with any details or needs. Had some trouble with my Bitcointalk account for some reason.

If I need credentials for the new site, feel free to reach out.

The FAQ needs some work.

Absolutely. Any news from techwriterjoe? I remember he was planning to write large parts of the FAQ.
I still need an "account" from Isarmatrose, once I have it I could start writing some technical articles.

Isarmatrose, you’re a glitterbomb of glory!

I absolutely love the new website. Things are looking pretty spiffy around there, it seems to be faster, easier to navigate for users, and with wordpress easier to manage/update. I took a gander around the site, and I am more than impressed. I suggest we move to the new site and abandon the old one after the donation campaign is over. Meanwhile, I have removed all other content and added a link to the new website on the start page.

The FAQ needs some work.

Great, I'd just change the color scheme, there are 16777216 possible colors in RGB and everyone is using twitter blue.

Have you seen the main site already?
http://elastic-project.org/

I must admit, I have even knocked off the logo from twitter. But I already wrote that I hope someone else comes up with something nicer than that.
Regarding the color theme, I am open for any suggestions.
