Right now stellar recover it's old price $0.1 and price is not very high so stellar still best investment at the moment.

I'm not one of crypto analytics, nor insider or have ability to make financial analysis of the future. Lets start with the basics - why do you think it will drop down to 25xx satoshi ?

I sold all my Stellar at 2800 satoshis, so which price I should wait and buy Stellar back for my portfolio in the next few days?
I think that it is safer to wait Stellar drops to around 25xx satoshis to start buying it back.
Any ideas or suggestions with my plan on Stellar investment, please feel free to discuss and give me recommendations if you have.

Considering how much stellar has fallen in price now, and is one of the most undervalued coins, the project will easily be able to regain its position with a favorable news background.

Yes XLM going up slowly but steadily because coinbase Pro supporting XLM, after this news many investors moving to XLM from other coin/tokens.
We can still buy at this point because $0.1 is not very high price of XLM, price of XLM could go more higher in coming months.
Stellar also changed logo and new logo is pretty cool. 

After what XRP was listed on coinbase it was obvious that in near future XLM will be among added coins. It is big deal though we are not seeing significant immediate results. Impact of being on coinbase will be seen and felt across the market in next bull run. It is big day for Stellar believers today and must be celebrated.

coinbase list makes stellar price boosted. from last 4 days stellar price is cross 0.1$ price from 0.08$. coinbase pro news impact on the price value positive. stellar is long term coin and this is just a start for XLM in two to three months XLM price could different from current price and that difference price could very high
